As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts. You will make impactful decisions and oversee multiple projects, maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative tax data transformation strategies
- Overseeing end-to-end delivery of projects that integrate business, experience, and technology aspects
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and design impactful solutions
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successes
- Mentoring and guiding teams to cultivate potential and foster a collaborative environment
- Promoting technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership in tax innovation
- Balancing strategic choices with detailed execution to drive change and address system-level enablers
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relations to enhance customer and employee experiences
- Confirming adherence to professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- Excelling in business process modeling and strategic mindset
