Solution Architect - Senior Manager

The Opportunity
As part of the Delivery Excellence – Tech Enablement team you will lead end-to-end technical 
strategy, design, and implementation across complex, cross-functional initiatives. As a Senior 
Manager you will drive architectural clarity and consistency across teams, collaborating with 
technical leaders to enable engineering teams to deliver with assurance and technical 
excellence.

- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Mentor team members to elevate their technical capabilities
- Oversee project delivery to confrm alignment with strategic objectives
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering or architecture roles
What Sets You Apart
- Proven experience designing and delivering modern software solutions
- Comfortable writing and reviewing code in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex technical deliveries
- Possessing experience in scaled agile environments
- Having a systems-thinking mindset with a passion for clean architecture
- Confidence navigating complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive drive to lead architecture from concept to delivery

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
