Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing secure IT systems to support business operations and optimize performance
- Managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure to enable seamless operations and availability for clients
- Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based systems to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency
- Implementing industry-leading practices for cloud operations and infrastructure management
- Collaborating with team members to address client challenges and deliver quality solutions
- Applying a learning mindset to develop skills and contribute to team success
- Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to identify patterns and insights
- Building commercial awareness and understanding how business operations function
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Actively listening and communicating ideas clearly to foster effective collaboration
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance
- Demonstrating proficiency in cloud-based service management tools
- Excelling in active listening and communication skills
- Adapting quickly to diverse client needs and environments
- Applying analytical skills to discern patterns and insights
- Building commercial awareness and understanding business operations
