As a Senior Associate, you will identify and address client needs while working cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to refine offerings and secure seamless end-to-end user experiences. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. - Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally within technology-driven or AI-enabled environments
- Master's Degree in Computer Science preferred
- Skilled in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experienced in user research and usability testing
- Knowledgeable in design thinking and agile delivery methods
- Familiar with AI-assisted design tools and data visualization
- Excelling in communication and presentation skills
- Maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of digital product design
- Creating user-centric and accessible interfaces
