The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. - Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of consulting and/or healthcare provider industry experience, with experience managing workstreams or project delivery within business- or technology-enabled transformation programs
- Experience in one or more healthcare provider administrative domains (finance, supply chain, HR, workforce management, shared services, operations), with developing depth in at least one.
- Master's Degree preferred
- Experience leading functional transformation in healthcare
- Familiarity with project financial management and budgeting
- Exposure to automation and analytics enhancing delivery
- Managing workstreams within provider transformation programs
- Supporting solution design across administrative domains
- Understanding of enabling platforms like Oracle, Workday or UKG
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Documenting lessons learned for knowledge-sharing efforts
