In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting team, focusing on customer-related strategies and initiatives within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. You will work closely with clients in the Pharma and Life Sciences sector, providing insights and solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. - Leading strategic initiatives in pricing, promotions, and revenue management within the pharma and life sciences sector
- Developing customer-centric solutions to enhance client experience and drive business growth
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in pricing and profitability analysis
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Utilizing analytical thinking and market trends analysis to support profitable growth and revenue maximization
- Managing project budgeting and resource allocation to achieve strategic objectives in client support
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Demonstrating advanced skills in pricing strategy and profitability management
- Utilizing market share analysis and pricing trends for strategic insights
- Excelling in customer value maximization and revenue growth initiatives
- Leading complex projects with a focus on business transformation
- Applying analytical thinking to solve intricate problems in pharma and life sciences
- Engaging stakeholders effectively through strategic questioning and storytelling
- Driving results through innovative promotional pricing and revenue maximization strategies
