As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you are responsible for managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including building GenAI and AI solutions, documenting business processes, and designing AI/GenAI architectures. As a Senior Manager you are tasked with analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining elevated standards. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. - 8 years of experience
- Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Business Administration/Management, or Business Analytics, or Statistics preferred
- Building GenAI and AI solutions
- Designing AI/GenAI architectures for clients
- Managing AI/GenAI application development teams
- Utilizing Python and common LLM development frameworks
- Experience in Machine Learning and Advanced Learning
- Understanding Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud platforms
- Experience with Git Version Control and CI/CD
