As an Oracle Application Security & Controls Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for Oracle applications, focusing on compliance and security. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and provide guidance to help clients mitigate risks and protect sensitive data. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice, you will be instrumental in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within Oracle applications
- Providing guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Implementing software solutions and offering training for seamless integration of business applications
- Validating compliance and enhancing security measures to protect sensitive data
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing policies and guidelines to support compliance and governance frameworks
- Conducting compliance audits and reviews to identify and mitigate risks
- Managing and inspiring junior team members to deliver quality client solutions
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver value
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Risk Management, Statistics, Systems Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex compliance challenges
- Developing policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
- Implementing compliance technology to enhance governance frameworks
- Excelling in audit documentation and compliance advisement
