As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative data-driven solutions to optimize business performance
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams and independently solving complex problems
- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients
- Developing and overseeing scalable data visualization and analytics solutions to enhance competitive advantage
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across data and analytics teams
- Confirming data integrity, security, and compliance within analytics frameworks
- Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations
- Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions between system components to deliver quality outcomes
- Encouraging skill development outside comfort zones and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science

- Utilizing Python for advanced data analytics and visualization
