Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, analytics, and business stakeholders) to identify transformation opportunities and develop AI-enabled solutions. Conduct in-depth process analysis, mapping, and redesign to support AI integration and automation efforts. Define metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of AI-driven process changes and ensure continuous improvement. Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with AI technology partners and consultants when needed. Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of AI-powered process transformations. Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve transformation strategies. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. Prepare business cases, project plans, and present progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. *Mandatory skill sets Strong understanding of AI technologies (ML, NLP, RPA, Computer Vision) and their application in business processes. Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and data analytics platforms. Proven track record managing complex transformation projects with measurable ROI.
