In this role, you will be part of our Operations Consulting team, specializing within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice. You will provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Responsibilities
- Leading the analysis of product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and enhance speed to market
- Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness in manufacturing processes
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to reduce costs and improve product quality
- Utilizing digital technologies to streamline processes and drive business performance
- Coaching team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Encouraging the development of skills outside comfort zones and mentoring others effectively
- Addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in digital tooling and emerging technologies
- Excelling in operations management and manufacturing strategy
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance process simulation and documentation
