The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. Responsibilities

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in privacy / data protection
- Master's Degree preferred
- Obtaining IAPP certifications such as: Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), CIPP certification in European privacy (CIPP/E), Canadian privacy (CIPP/C), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP)
- Demonstrating extensive knowledge of privacy regulations and standards
- Exhibiting hands-on experience with privacy technologies
- Possessing extensive understanding of version control systems like Git [KC1] [2]
- Leading end-to-end privacy technology implementations
- Analyzing and designing software enhancements for privacy
- Managing and mentoring teams of privacy engineers
- Defining KPIs for privacy technology effectiveness
- Staying current on evolving privacy standards and technologies
