Responsibilities
- Leading client success strategies for managed engineering services, aligning delivery outcomes with client objectives and growth plans
- Shaping client engagement models across cloud engineering, data, analytics, platform development, and modernization workstreams
- Directing escalations, issue resolution, and service improvements to strengthen retention, adoption, and operational performance
- Building trusted relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities for expanded service scope
- Overseeing multiple delivery teams and prioritizing capacity, milestones, and dependency management across scaled service pods
- Translating client needs into actionable service plans that support digital tooling, AI-enabled operations, and automation
- Applying customer relationship management, service analytics, and customer data management to track performance trends and guide decisions
- Developing leaders through coaching, feedback, and practical guidance on service excellence, innovation, and client management
- Validating alignment with professional standards, firm policies, and independence requirements across client service activities
- At least a Bachelor's degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience for each missing year of college is required
- At least 8 years of experience
- Demonstrating client success leadership across scaled engineering services
- Translating client needs into growth-focused service strategies
- Developing executive relationships across complex technology programs
- Guiding cross-functional teams through change and issue resolution
- Applying data, AI, and automation in managed services delivery
- Own project planning, including estimation, commitments, and timeline management
