Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule service appointments using ServiceTitan software.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Assist with additional office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry.
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
