What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Control Administrator position at PVH - PVHardware?
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Document Control Admin for our Logistics department to ensure system accurately reflect the incoming, outgoing, and transformation movements of materials in the logistics flow. We must be a reference point within the organization for SAP's SD and MM modules at the user level.

Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree is preferred.
- 1 years experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Must be proficient with Excel.
- Must be comfortable working on a 10am - 7pm (Monday through Friday) work schedule.
- Experience with SAP S4HANA is nice to have.
Responsibilities:
- Document outgoing materials through the pickings. Making sure all logistics processes have reflect in SAP
- Be a link with the loading team and shipping and receiving personnel to ensure all truck is documented
- Register good receipts in the system
- Incident resolution within SAP
- Movement register in system and subcontracting consumption
- Support to logistics department operations
