Position Overview

Working across the global PVH organization and its iconic brand portfolio that includes CALVIN KLEIN and TOMMY HILFIGER, and under the direction of the Senior Manager of Corporate Responsibility (CR) Strategy, the Specialist of Corporate Responsibility (CR) Strategy is a role to support the development of key CR strategy materials, execution of CR strategy processes and management of CR strategy tools to enable the achievement of our public CR targets.

The Specialist will exhibit strong communication and analytical skills, effective problem-solving and project management, and the ability to build effective partnerships internally and externally.

What You Will Do

• Serve as administrator of the quarterly benchmarking process, including managing the timeline, setting-up all CR team consultations and supporting the Senior Manager in leading the meetings, maintaining the tool and supporting the CR team as needed in populating
• Manage updates to existing annual timelines for creation of all strategy forums materials on an annual basis, covering Daily/Quarterly LT meetings/consultations, Monthly Global Sustainability Steering Committee, Global Sustainability Team Quarterly Calls, and Quarterly CR Committee Meetings
• Maintain the CR Central platform, including updating the content on a quarterly cadence (or as needed) and supporting the CR team on content development project management for the platform and
• Execute inbound strategy research requests from the CR and/or Global Sustainability teams
• Support the Senior Manager in development and management of strategy forums materials and tools, including those for the CR Leadership Team, Global Sustainability Steering Committee, Supply/Corporate Strategy
• Support the Senior Manager with research and timelines required for current and future sustainability-linked financial instruments
  
  

Experience

What You Will Bring

• 4 years with a corporate responsibility/sustainability or program/project management team is ideal
• Project management experience is required
• Stakeholder and/or client management experience is a plus
  
  

Education

Required: B.S. / B. A. or M.S. in business administration, or similar discipline.

Pay Range:$74,100---$100,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
