They take responsibility for the delivery of the highest possible quality creative work that meets the client's needs and addresses their business problems. The role is responsible forbuilding strong client relationshipsalongside the Sr Global Strategy Directorsand coordinating with internal teams to deliver a broad array of innovative solutions that meet clients'needs andidentifyingopportunities to grow accounts.We serveFortune 500 CPG clients across multiple categories like food, beverages, personal care, home care, etc.offering integrated creative services, an in-house consumer learning center, and advanced prototyping facility. Our team includes experts across design, engineering,creative,brand strategy,insights,and research.Join our talented, inventive team ifyourepassionate about delivering results and building strong client relationships.ResponsibilitiesServe asan activeproject manager and main point of contact for all matters related to client project needs.Independently write proposals that win business andaccomplishcompanyobjectives.Keep initiatives on time, on budget, andfocusedon achieving projectobjectives.Utilize critical thinking skills to find solutions satisfying client wishes while upholding business needs.Ensure client satisfaction and retention while actively seeking opportunities for new business.Track, manage, and grow revenuepipeline, along with secured revenue associatedtoassignedaccounts.Track,manage,and achieve revenue targets.Qualifications6 years of work experience in a related field (design, advertising, promotions).Consulting experienceand client experience preferred.Bachelors degree in sales, communications, or related field.Skilled experience and abilities inthe salesprocess from initiation to close.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Adaptive problem-solving skills.Advanced interpersonal, motivational, and negotiation skills.Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Project). HubSpot is a plus.

Salary : $23,000
