Description: Puzzly Minds Therapy is anagency that specializes in Early Intervention Services, PT, and OT Services for children birth-to 3yrs old and Speech-Language Services to children from 0-5yrs old. We travel to family's homes, daycares, and school-settings in order to serve our children and families.

We guide, coach parents and caregivers through weekly intervention sessions to help our patients achieve their milestones in this five domains: Communication, Motor Skills, Social/Emotional, Self-Help/ Adaptive, and Cognitive Skills.

Location and Scheduling: Palm Beach County and Indian River County

Applicants must be willing to work a min of 15 hours weekly with patients.

You will have the opportunity to select specific zip-codes or areas in which you would like to work. This is a 1099 contract position and candidates must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Early Steps and the Florida Department of Health, require mandatory on-line training modules that must be completed. Access to these modules is free of charge and access is given by the Department of Health which regulates Early Steps. Pay rate is based on Florida Medicaid Rate.

Job Requirements:

*A valid state driver’s license and proof of active auto-insurance

*Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Education, Psychology, Communication Disorders, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy.

*1 year of paid experience providing intervention/instruction to children birth-five years of age.

*Commitment to Continuing Education: including but not limited to: completion of new-hire training, on-line Modules for Early Steps, courses to update licensure and keep Medicaid numbers current etc.

*A must a reliable mode of transportation

*Active Medicaid number preferred but not required
