Legacy LaunchPad Adult Day Program Director

Puzzle Box Academy
Rockledge, FL Other
POSTED ON 6/17/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 8/15/2026

Legacy Launchpad is a relationship-centered adult day program designed for neurodivergent young adults ages 18–26 who benefit from continued structured support after aging out of the traditional school system. Our program serves individuals who are self-maintainable with feeding and toileting needs and who have active guardianship support in place.

Unlike large institutional day programs, Legacy Launchpad intentionally maintains a small census of no more than 10 participants in order to provide meaningful connection, individualized engagement, and a safe, nurturing environment focused on life skills, social growth, confidence-building, and community inclusion.

Legacy Launchpad operates with a low participant-to-staff ratio and prioritizes compassion, dignity, routine, and purposeful programming.
