Puzzle Box Academy and its family of brands support learning, growth, and development across education, enrichment, and community programs. We're building a modern, data-driven marketing function to help our schools and programs reach the families and communities who need them.
The Role
We're looking for a Director of Marketing & Growth to own marketing strategy and execution across our brand portfolio. You'll turn creative direction into real campaigns, build the systems that generate and convert leads, and bring leadership clear, data-backed recommendations and not just deliverables. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the plan, manage a small internal team and outside partners, and be accountable for measurable growth.
This is a remote position with occasional availability needed for scheduled leadership meetings and periodic events.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute quarterly and annual marketing growth plans across multiple brands, audiences, offers, channels, budgets, and goals
- Lead lead-generation efforts: funnels, landing pages, email/webinar nurture systems, and conversion optimization
- Own campaign quality and brand consistency across content, social, video, and web
- Manage and coach an internal Content & Media Production Manager
- Direct outside agencies and specialist vendors, holding them accountable for deliverables, timelines, and quality
- Own marketing performance reporting leads ; conversion, spend, ROI and translate data into decisions
- Partner with leadership on budget, spend, and results
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience leading a marketing department or cross-functional team
- Strong track record in campaign planning, vendor/partner management, and performance analysis
- Excellent editorial judgment and brand instincts
- Experience with common marketing, CRM, and publishing platforms
- A track record of coaching teams and fixing what isn't working, not just reporting on it
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $95,000/year, paid biweekly
- Eligible for an annual performance incentive
- Company-paid health insurance, with optional dental/vision and supplemental coverage
