What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be trained and supported as you take on important clinical and administrative responsibilities, including:
- Rooming patients and helping them feel comfortable before their visit
- Taking vital signs and gathering basic patient history
- Assisting with exams and procedures alongside providers
- Learning to administer immunizations and medications (with supervision and certification)
- Supporting basic lab work, phlebotomy, and diagnostic testing (with training and certification)
- Helping keep exam rooms organized, stocked, and clean
- Supporting scheduling, phone calls, and electronic health record documentation
- Working closely with your care team to ensure smooth patient flow
What You Bring:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current WA State Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C) (Pending MA-C applications may be considered if certification will be active by hire date)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a clinical setting
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
