Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litigation Associate located in Newport Beach, CA. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing and filing motions, managing and taking depositions, and representing clients in court. Additional duties include drafting legal documents, handling discovery processes, and collaborating with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation
- Proficiency in Law and Court proceedings
- Experience with legal Research and preparing Motions
- Skills in managing and taking Depositions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Previous experience in business law or construction law is a plus
