Instructional Paraeducator - Special Education

Putney Central School is hiring a full time paraeducator to join our special education team. This position offers the opportunity to be a part of a highly collaborative team of teachers and a larger PreK-8 school rooted in whole-child education valuing academic excellence, play in early childhood and a commitment to the arts and various forms of expression. Job Description: Provide daily in class support in accordance with a students individualized program Lead small instructional groups Participate in weekly team meetings across grade levels Work with students of all ages, from K-8 in a variety of settings Supervise lunch and recess times Attend field trips as needed About Putney Central School: Putney Central School is a public PK-8 school serving approximately 180 students.
