What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review individual, business, and corporate federal/state tax returns
- Identify deductions, credits, and planning opportunities
- Communicate clearly with clients and help them understand their filings
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts as needed
- Stay current with tax laws and apply them correctly across varied situations
- Use modern accounting software (UltraTax, QuickBooks Desktop/Online, SafeSend)
- Grow toward managing your own client book, including advisory conversations

Qualifications
- 2 years of professional tax preparation experience (individual small business)
- Working knowledge of UltraTax, QuickBooks, and SafeSend preferred
- Strong understanding of tax law, deductions, and credits
- EA credential strongly preferred (or interest in pursuing one)
- CPAs welcome if aligned with our model—no audit work
- Willingness to work extended hours during tax season (Jan–April)
