Must be able to work:
- Tuesdays & Fridays from 9AM - 5PM
Pay:
- Average tipped pay rate in 2025: $28/hour
- $18/hour plus an average of $10/hour in pooled tips amongst small team working
- Paid breaks and meal time

Responsibilities
- Produce high quality café drinks for Putnam's customers
- Ensure that all food and beverages are presented immaculately
- Over-see inventory levels
- Deal with any complaints or other issues that may arise
- Help recruit, train, and oversee employees
- Ensure all alcohol, health, and safety procedures are followed thoroughly
- Provide excellent customer service and lead by example
- Deal with problems as they arise, without always consulting higher management
Qualifications
- 1 years previous work experience in the restaurant, bar, or hospitality industries, with barista experience preferred
- A love of coffee
