They are hiring a Founding Customer Success Lead to help build the Customer Success organization from the ground up. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role for someone who wants to operate at the center of product, customer relationships, onboarding, renewals, expansion, and enterprise growth
This person will work directly with leadership and will be one of the earliest operators shaping how our client supports and grows enterprise customers
What You’ll Do
- Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Engage with customers daily and become a trusted advisor to enterprise accounts
- Drive upsells, renewals, product adoption, and long-term customer success
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap based on customer feedback
- Build systems, processes, and playbooks for Customer Success from the ground up
- Represent our client in high-stakes conversations with large enterprise customers
- Help define what world-class Customer Success looks like at our client
Ideal Background
- One of the first five Customer Success hires at a successful startup
- Experience supporting enterprise products and enterprise customers is required
- 3 years of Customer Success experience preferred
- Strong preference for startup experience over large corporate environments
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero
- Polished, credible, and confident in front of senior executives and enterprise buyers
- Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Extremely hardworking, responsive, and proactive
- Ambitious and excited to help build a category-defining company
- Experience building business cases to drive upsell and retention
