Registered Dietitian
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' nutritional needs through comprehensive evaluations and medical history reviews
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Provide dietary counseling and education to patients and their families
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Stay current with the latest research and guidelines in clinical nutrition and dietetics
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field
- Current registration and licensure as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Proven experience in clinical nutrition, healthcare, or a related setting
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
