| Job Summary: | Assists in both registration and rooming of patients. |
| Job Duties/Responsibilities: | |
| • | Assists with in office procedures |
| • | Collects vitals, weight, and patient information and completes any initial testing in preparation for provider |
| • | Completes medication reconciliation |
| • | Orders any testing or labs requested by provider |
| • | Completes all Prior Authorizations for tests and surgeries ordered |
| • | Efficiently conducts check-in, check-out, and rescheduling procedures as needed |
| • | Prepare meds for injections |
| • | Call patients with results |
| • | Complete FMLA paperwork |
| • | Maintain stock |
| • | Scan/index medical records |
| • | Performs other duties as assigned |
| Education Experience: | HS Graduate or Equivalent |
| Years of Related Experience: | < 1 Year |
| License/Certificate Required: | Yes |
| Driver's License Required: | Yes |
