This is the perfect job for anyone that needs a great work life balance while helping the most vulnerable population. Hours would be 7:30am-3:30pm. Monday through Friday. No weekends no holidays. Holidays are paid after 90 day probationary period has been completed. We offer PEIA health insurance and cover 80% of the employees premium.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate dispatching activities for client transportation to and from appointments.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Enter accurate data into transportation management software, including scheduling.
- Oversee fleet management activities, including vehicle status updates, maintenance scheduling, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Completes and enters all client registration information for home delivered meals including in home meal assessments.
- Responsible for date entry into multiple programs.
- Back up for accounts payable.
Requirements
- Excellent skills in dispatching and transportation management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and managing multi-line phone systems for seamless coordination.
- Analysis and problem solving skills to evaluate transportation data for continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
