Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking a CRNA that is ready to practice top of license and join the dynamic team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. Bayonet Point is a Level II Trauma Center located just north of Tampa on the West Coast of FL. This is cohesive and stable team has grown together over the past 5 years under outstanding Clinical leadership and is thriving as a part of the HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services hospital-employed model.
Highlight of Opportunity/Qualified Candidates:
- Staffing model of 10 Anesthesiologists (7 Gen and 3 Cardiac) and 22 CRNAs covering 13 Sites of Service including EP Lab, Cath Lab and Endo.
- Annual volume approx. 12,000 cases.
- Diverse mix of cases including, General Surgery, Trauma, Cardiac, heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Bariatric, Robotics, etc.
- No OB. No Peds.
- Shift model varies. Including 8s, 10s, 12s. One weekend day shift every 4-6 weeks. Can be part of regular 40 hours or picked up at premium pay.
- CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
- Top tier base salary
- $75K Start date bonus and $10K relocation assistance available.
- Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift calculated on a daily basis. Premium rate also applies if CRNA chooses to pick up an extra shift.
- 8 weeks Time Away from Practice frontloaded- not accrued.
