What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Supervisor (Branding & Marketing) position at Push?
Account Supervisors at Push oversee and lead a portfolio of clients, managing the overall strategic and business relationship between the client and the agency. The Supervisor will also help lead and manage members of the Account Service team, in the day-to-day tasks to fulfill branding, marketing and advertising campaigns and efforts. Additionally, Supervisors are responsible for working collaboratively with all agency departments to ensure smooth execution of all agency services on behalf of the client to foster relationship and business growth for both parties.
If hired, position requires full-time residence in Orlando, Florida, and will be able to work on a hybrid work schedule: Monday & Tuesday remote, Wednesday through Friday, in-office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support Account Team members to ensure day-to-day project tasks of routing feedback as well as ongoing growth opportunities
- Provide guidance and strategic input and project leadership for projects and initiatives including but not limited to brand, advertising and marketing campaign efforts and plans
- Manage high-level expectations and relationships between client and agency teams
- Manage and oversee scope
- Oversee all project initiatives and ensure work is on-strategy and meeting project and/or business goals
- Guide internal and client teams through challenging business situations
- Proactively bring to light any avenues for client growth and/or out-of-scope project opportunities, when necessary/appropriate
- Work closely with Creative, Traffic and Media team leads to ensure client goals and timelines are met effectively and fairly
- Oversee billing process and client budgets ensuring accurate and fair management of funds
- Support creative team in selling campaign assets and ensure all deliverables align with the brief and strategic business expectations
- Lead major productions for internal and client teams, along with creative and production partners, and support post-production process, budgets, reviews and approvals
- Lead overall client strategy and execute client planning sessions on quarterly or annual basis
- Understand and monitor client business and related industries to maintain understanding of competitive landscape
- Review and provide feedback on creative work before team shares with clients to alignment on strategic objectives and business goals
- Write and conduct annual reviews of junior to mid-level direct report Account Management team members
- Draft proposals, SOWs and support any new business efforts, where necessary
Qualifications
- Degree in Advertising, Communications or Marketing preferred
- 6-10 years related advertising or marketing industry experience—Account Management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and relational skills for both internal and client teams
- Ability to be adaptable and nimble, navigating frequently changing client landscapes
- Clear understanding of and heavy experience with digital and traditional paid media types, including reporting
- Experience managing multiple clients at one time effectively and efficiently, in a fast-paced environment
- Experience driving traditional and digital advertising, branding, positioning, brand strategy and misc. marketing efforts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong emphasis on proactive communication
- Strong presentation skills
- Self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to react professionally and maturely under pressure and in challenging situations
- Experience managing junior to mid-level team members and fostering team growth
- Solid understanding of agency operations and business
