Location: Hybrid (Freehold, NJ) if remote needs to be in tri-state area to come in when needed.

Experience: 4–6 years of public relations agency experience

Industry Experience: Beauty, Fashion, Wellness, and/or Lifestyle preferred.

Salary Range: 65,000 - 70,000

Senior Account Executive Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and oversee junior team members, ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
• Manage team workflow, deadlines, and time allocation to ensure all client deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Drive media results across assigned accounts, ensuring consistent, impactful placements and coverage opportunities.
• Maintain and oversee all account trackers, media lists, reporting documents, and shared folders.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute monthly and quarterly PR strategies and campaign plans.
• Participate in and help lead client calls, providing strategic recommendations and proactive communication.
• Create client briefing documents, Q&As, agendas, and presentation materials.
• Identify, secure, and manage speaking engagements, award opportunities, and industry event participation for clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, producers, and industry influencers.
• Conduct regular media outreach, including pitching, follow-ups, deskside meetings, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Gather and leverage editorial calendars to identify timely media opportunities.
• Review and approve client-facing materials, reports, and deliverables prior to leadership review.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
• Assist in developing weekly pitching strategies and assigning media outreach priorities across the team.
• Identify and submit relevant expert commentary opportunities, media requests, and HARO-style inquiries.
• Monitor team pitching activity and ensure daily outreach goals are achieved.
• Support the execution of larger client initiatives, including product launches, events, influencer campaigns, and thought leadership programs.
• Assist with planning and executing media and influencer mailer campaigns.
• Contribute to weekly team recaps, reporting, and internal communications.
