What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Creative Director position at Push, Incorporated?
Associate Creative Director will be expected to lead creative initiatives—everything from branding to full multi-media campaigns—from start to finish. This person must be a leader in creating, maintaining and advancing the brand for all our clients. They must be a strong creative leader, and expert at conceptualizing ideas and a creative problem solver. They must excel at building relationships internally and externally, be comfortable addressing clients, and engaged with mentoring other members of the team. This person must prioritize multiple projects at once and be as adept at solving them as they are at leading creatives and external partners to do so.
• Bring energy and excitement to all campaigns and projects
• Ability to consistently create awesome multi-channel creative campaigns
• Ability to consistently create client/brief approved work
• Be highly collaborative and connect all departments in the agency
• Conceptualizing and Storyboarding Video for TV, Online and social channels
• Lead photo shoots, video shoots, and all associated pre-production components
• Manage and deliver multiple projects in parallel
• Finger on the pulse of current campaigns and trending technology
• Able to support the agency when CD’s are not available - This includes pitches, downloads, presentations, concepting sessions, and final work deliverables
• Have a good understanding of all the work that needs to be done
