About Us
PUSH Healthcare Academy is seeking an experienced and dependable Phlebotomy Instructor to join our team. We are looking for a healthcare professional who is passionate about teaching and training future phlebotomists in a hands-on classroom environment.

Candidate must reside in the Orlando area.

Compensation
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
- Saturdays and Sundays
- 4-Week Course Schedule
- Candidate must be available to work all 4 weeks of the program
Responsibilities
- Teach phlebotomy skills and procedures in a classroom and lab setting
- Demonstrate proper venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
- Instruct students on infection control, safety procedures, specimen handling, and professionalism
- Supervise hands-on blood draw practice
- Maintain student attendance and course documentation
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Prepare students for entry-level phlebotomy opportunities
Qualifications
- Licensed Medical Assistant or Certified Phlebotomist (Required)
- Must be actively working in a healthcare office
- Minimum of 5 years of blood draw experience
- Strong venipuncture skills and patient interaction experience
- Excellent communication and classroom leadership skills
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred
- Professional, dependable, and student-focused
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare safety standards
- Ability to demonstrate hands-on procedures clearly and professionally
