About the Role
We are looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our founding team and help build the pipeline for a billion-dollar, category-defining payments company.
This role is focused on prospecting, outbound engagement, and booking high-quality meetings with qualified prospects. As an early member of the sales team, you will play a critical role in identifying target accounts, generating interest, and helping us build a repeatable outbound motion.
We need someone who can happily operate in an environment with early-stage infrastructure (e.g. messy sales data, minimal templates) - and importantly help us build tools and processes along the way.
This role is ideal for an ambitious early-career salesperson who enjoys outbound prospecting and wants to develop into a full-cycle Account Executive (AE) over time.
Ideal candidate
The ideal candidate is a high-energy outbound prospector who enjoys building relationships, opening doors with new accounts, and creating opportunities for the sales team.
Key qualifications include:
- 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and pipeline generation
- Strong cold outreach skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in managing prospects and CRM data
- Experience in iGaming, SportsBetting, prediction markets, and “social casinos” is a plus
