A nationwide, family-owned transportation company based in Wake County seeks a motivated individual for the role of Tank Service Technician to join us in our growth with in-house tank services offered in the Raleigh area. We are willing to train the right candidate with a “can-do”
attitude.
Pay: Based on experience and will be reviewed annually
High School Diploma or GED is required.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated skill in most of the following areas:
- The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other
- various systems on a tank trailer.
- Tank service and repair
- Trailer suspension installation and repair
- Experience with air brake systems and repairs
- Trailer tire changes and repairs
- TIG aluminum, stainless or carbon welding experience a plus
- Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT
- standards (HM183, hazmat)
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- With assistance, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to fit through a tank trailer manhole
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
