- Incident Management through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), including triaging and resolution of SFC issues, and raising JIRA tickets for L3 support in case code changes are required.
- Provide L2 support across key applications including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PWA, and monitoring tools like Splunk.
- Debug application code for identified issues and enable/support the team in troubleshooting activities.
- Willingness to learn and work on Vercel PWA L2 support activities within the same scope, along with Splunk monitoring.
- Strong communication skills, as the associate will be responsible for presenting daily status reports to the client in a competitive environment.
- Flexible and willing to work in rotational shifts.
