- Leading Cornerstone LMS/LXP implementation and enhancements.
- Managing learning catalogs, curricula, certifications, and learning assignments.
- Configuring user roles, permissions, and security.
- Creating dynamic learning paths and personalized learning experiences.
- Managing integrations with HR systems (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Developing reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Supporting content standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
- Working with L&D, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Leading production support, troubleshooting, and release management.
- Mentoring junior administrators and developers.
