Job Title: Lead – Project Development (C&I)
Location: New Delhi
We are looking for an experienced Lead-Project Development (C&I) to join Purvah Green team. The ideal candidate should hold an Engineering degree (B.Tech/BE) from a reputed institute and bring 10–15 years of relevant experience in new project development for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
· Understand the key regulatory policies related to Open Access projects in target states and develop options for new project development
· Identify and evaluate potential connectivity’s for new project development in target states based on sub-station availability, load flow studies and availability of land
· Work with local officials like SDO and others to develop an understanding of project feasibility and risk
· Work with state agencies in target states to secure connectivity and related approvals for plant commissioning
· Identify key partners for project execution (Land, EPC, Construction works) and work with internal stakeholders like Procurement, Engineering and Projects team for execution
· Manage the project lifecycle till commissioning and manage project risks – create and maintain the project schedule in consultation with all stakeholders
· Ensure timely land aggregation (working with the Land team) and procure of all statutory permissions and approvals needed for the project commissioning
· Ensure project commissioning and work with external vendors to on-board customers and electricity settlement for customers in the state
Required Experience:
· 12-15 years of experience in project development for renewable energy
· Prior experience of working in large states like Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat
