Purrfect Auto Service is looking for a responsible, adaptable, service writer.
Job description:
- Answer customer and service provider questions
- Vehicle inspection
-Use knowledge to understand customer's problems and explain needs to staff for excellent service delivery
- Schedule orders
- Process Orders
- Monitor day to day operations
- AC knowledge preferred
Requirements:
- 5 years of shop experience
- Prior knowledge of automotive business
- Prior mechanical experience, and AC knowledge
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
40-45k plus commission!
