Front Desk Receptionist: part-time, 5 days a week, mornings only (MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, & SATURDAY-Tuesdays and Sundays off. NON NEGOTIABLE)
Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at the BEST boarding and grooming resort for CATS in the TRIAD!
As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role by providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
We provide top-notch customer service to our clients and exceptional care to their cats.
Only those who are gracious, courteous, hospitable, and approachable need apply.
MINIMUM 1 YEAR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with proper phone etiquette
- Schedule boarding reservations & grooming appointments
- Making new client records, upkeep of vaccine and other health records
- Ensuring all agreements are signed by cat owners and educate clients of our boarding/grooming rules and regulations
- Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors, giving tours
-Checking and responding to voicemails, emails, texts in a timely manner
-Properly entering all boarding and grooming details into our software system according to owner's instructions
Skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and scheduling
- Strong typing skills to ensure efficient task completion
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of GINGR boarding/grooming software a plus
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to play well with others and have an outgoing and friendly personality
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
