Join our client as an IT Help Desk I, where you will serve as the first point of contact for hardware and software issues. In this role, you will support end‑users by troubleshooting technical problems, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer service experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently are essential.

• Associate degree or higher
• 2 years of Help Desk Support experience
• 2 years of experience with:
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Active Directory
  • Citrix
• 2 years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Azure

• Respond promptly to all customer contacts, including phone calls, emails, and voicemails.
• Troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software issues.
• Ask fact‑finding questions to accurately diagnose and resolve customer problems.
• Provide user education and guidance while assisting with requests.
• Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service.

• Must be available for off‑hours support on a rotating on‑call schedule.
