Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
- 1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS experience preferred
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
- Ability to successfully complete a background check
