Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience as a Homecare Supervisor in a Community Care Program or in-home care setting required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of personal care needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Legal authorization to work in Illinois.
