Duties

- Coordinate and oversee community programs focused on health education, addiction counseling, or social services
- Collect and analyze data related to community needs, program participation, and outreach effectiveness
- Manage social media platforms and marketing efforts to increase awareness of organizational activities
- Collaborate with local organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and stakeholders to strengthen community partnerships
- Lead project management efforts for outreach campaigns, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in volunteer management and supervising teams of community members or staff
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
- Background in program development within public health, social work, or related fields
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and social media management tools to promote programs effectively
- Experience in data collection methods and analyzing community feedback for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with addiction counseling, public health principles, or social services is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in recruiting, teaching, or mentoring others
- Administrative experience including report writing, record keeping, and coordinating logistics
