Home Health Physical Therapist

Duties

• Provide direct patient care and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and re-assessments of patients
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
• Utilize trigger point therapy and other manual techniques to address musculoskeletal issues
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
  
  

Requirements

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting preferred, but open to new grads.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Specialization or experience in pediatrics or acute care is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
