CDL-A REGIONAL FLATBED DRIVER — ASSIGNED TRUCK — HOME WEEKLY TARGET
Purpose-Driven Operations LLC is hiring one dependable CDL-A driver for Truck 58. This is a full-time company-driving opportunity with an assigned tractor and flatbed trailer running primarily Southeast regional freight.
COMPENSATION
- Estimated weekly pay range: $1,700–$3,080
- Base pay: 18% of weekly truck gross
- Performance tiers provide the opportunity to earn up to 22%
- The 22% tier applies when weekly truck gross reaches $14,000 or more
- Weekly pay
- Earnings depend on completed loads and weekly production and are not guaranteed
POSITION DETAILS
- Assigned company tractor and flatbed trailer
- Primarily Southeast regional freight
- Home-weekly target based on freight scheduling
- Direct communication with company ownership
- Consistent communication and load updates required
- Driver is responsible for proper inspection, securement, tarping and safe delivery of freight
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate assigned tractor-trailer equipment
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Secure flatbed freight using the appropriate straps, chains, binders and edge protection
- Tarp and untarp freight when required
- Confirm load weight, dimensions and securement before departure
- Follow FMCSA, DOT and company safety requirements
- Maintain accurate logs, fuel records and delivery documentation
- Communicate delays, equipment concerns and load issues promptly
- Protect company equipment and report damage immediately
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Acceptable driving and safety history under company and insurance requirements
- Current DOT medical certification
- Ability to pass required pre-employment drug testing and Clearinghouse review
- Ability and willingness to perform flatbed securement and tarping duties
- Dependable communication and professional conduct
- Able to operate consistently throughout the Southeast
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous flatbed, step-deck or open-deck experience
- Experience securing lumber, steel, building materials or similar freight
- Familiarity with straps, chains, binders, tarps and edge protection
- Regional or OTR driving experience
