They will be responsible for creating compelling content for our communication channels and organizing how content is structured within our resource center spaces. Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
- Content Creation: Develop informative and engaging content across multiple channels, focusing on meeting the needs of our audience and driving engagement.
- Content Structure: Organize and manage the overall structure of content within our resource center, ensuring it is easily navigable and accessible to users.
- Strategy Development: Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with company objectives to enhance brand presence.
- Content Ownership: Oversee the entire content lifecycle, from planning and creation to delivery and governance, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.
- Audits and Analysis: Conduct thorough audits of existing content, analyze performance metrics, and utilize insights to guide future content strategy and optimization.
- Editorial Oversight: Develop and manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery of content while maintaining adherence to content style guides for consistent branding.
- Research: Stay informed about market trends and target audience behaviors to inform content direction and adaptation of strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively.
- Creative thinking to develop engaging content that aligns with brand goals.
- Proficiency in SEO practices to enhance content visibility and performance.
- Proficient in change management with a strong understanding of the ADKAR process.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Communication Specialist, or in a similar communications role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional capability to leverage data-driven insights for evaluating content effectiveness and guiding strategic decisions.
- Communication: Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and engagingly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- Experience working in Workvivo a plus.
