We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and organized Marketing Admin to join the Purpose team! This role supports our Marketing Department with weekly online product uploads, photoshoot coordination, customer engagement, and brand event logistics. You’ll help bring the Purpose brand to life across digital, print, and in-person experiences that connect with our customers and celebrate our mission — that how you shop can change a life.
Key Responsibilities
Online & Product Support
- Upload new inventory product photos to online platform weekly.
- Partner with the Inventory and Marketing teams to ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and on brand.
Photoshoot & Content Coordination
- Support photoshoots by helping prep product, steam clothing, and assist with shoot logistics.
- Help organize and maintain digital content assets (photos, videos, captions, etc.).
Customer & Community Engagement
- Support social media engagement by interacting with customers through comments, messages, and shares in a brand-aligned voice.
- Help coordinate RSVPs and guest lists for quarterly brand and community events
- Assist in ordering print materials (signage, postcards, touchcards, etc.) and coordinating distribution.
Personal Styling & Customer Connection
- Manage incoming personal styling form submissions and ensure customers are connected to the right Store Manager for follow-up.
- Track and maintain communication logs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Team & Administrative Support
- Participate in weekly marketing meetings every Wednesday
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director and team as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Google Drive, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- A creative eye for brand aesthetics and storytelling
- Proactive, dependable, and excited to collaborate in person at Purpose HQ
- Retail or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Details
Job Type: Part-Time (15–25 hours/week)
Compensation: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
Location: Purpose HQ — Silverdale, WA (in-person role)
Schedule: Must be available Wednesdays for weekly marketing meetings.
