Job Title: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate
Location: Cary, NC (in-person hybrid telehealth options)

We also offer faith-based counseling when desired by the patient.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling or related field
- Current NC license or associate license (LMFT/LMFTA)
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to provide in-person and telehealth sessions.
Compensation & Benefits
- W-2 employment
- Percentage session split based on experience and caseload
- Annual CEU platform membership for full-time staff
- All insurance credentialing and billing handled by the practice
- Flexible scheduling; you choose your ideal clientele
- Paid supervision for associate-licensed staff
- Fully furnished office provided
